Mohammad Irfan is set to mark his return to cricket. He was fined 10 lacs and was banned for six months for not being able to inform ACU of PCB. The tall fast bowler expressed joy over his return by saying :-
" It was tough but i am happy. I will look to perform the best in domestic cricket and i am despearte to make a comeback to national side."
Mohammad Irfan will resume his cricket with the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, the premier first class competition of pakistan. He will represent WAPDA in the competition and will be alongside Salman Butt and Mohammad Asif.
Irfan was not considered for selection though his banned had ended before the annoucment of probable squad sighting his fittness issues and also he is not a regular for Pakistan in the whites having taken just 10 wickets in 4 matches.
